Surcharges & extras
Additional guests
€30.00 / person / night
The surcharge applies from the fifth person. Children aged three and under stay free. A maximum of eight guests may stay.
Towels & bed linen

You can add a linen set to your booking or bring your own linen.
Pets
On request
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Any surcharge will be agreed with you individually.
Accommodation tax
7.5% city tax on all charges
Statutory exemptions may apply with supporting evidence, for example for medically prescribed hospital stays. Please contact us in advance.
About your booking
Minimum stay
At least 5 nights. Shorter stays may be possible on request.

Payment
By bank transfer: 50% within 14 days of booking, balance 7 days before arrival.
Security deposit
€500.00. In exceptional cases, for example for longer stays, a higher security deposit may be agreed.
